Michaela currently serves as a Senior Customer Services Manager and is responsible for a team of Customer Services Managers. With more than 20 years of experience in customer facing roles and nearly 4 years experience in occupational health, Michaela has managed some of Health Managements’s largest contracts. Michaela has played a key role in implementing new clients and supporting organisations in developing their occupational health services. Michaela is passionate about mental wellbeing.

Before joining Health Management, Michaela worked in account management roles in Learning & Development and Media Planning.

Michaela holds a BA Hons degree in Media.
